Financial Policy

Full Circle Academy uses your tuition to pay instructors and expenses of operations. We ask that you honor your committment by paying on time. For convenience, we have made several options available to help you plan. You are expected to pay the full tuition using the payment option you select. We accept debit and credit card payments online, by phone or in person, as well as checks and cash.

Application Fee, Registration Fee and Materials Fee are due at registration and are not included in the tuition amount referenced below.

Parents may choose from the 2 payment options:

1. Full Payment

If the full payment for tuition is paid by July 1, you will recieve a 5% discount on tuition. You may pay periodically (at your leisure) until August 1, 2017 (without the discount). On this day, your balance will be converted to the Partial Payment Option #2 below.

2. Partial Payment Option

Your full year tuition is due at registration, however the amount for full year classes may be divided into 5 payments on August 1, 2017.

You may pay as much as you want during the summer. On August 1, your balance will be divided into 5 equal amounts. An automatic payment will be drafted from your checking account or charged to your card monthly (Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec). You may choose to have the funds automatically transfered on the 1st or 15th of the month. If you prefer not to have your payment automatically drafted, you must make satisfactory payment prior to the automatic payment date. When we recieve your payment (cash, card or check), we will cancel the automatic payment for that month. You may pay the balance due at any time during the year prior to the scheduled draft date.

Tuition and Fees Agreement must be on file for any student tuition balance.

Non-Sufficent Funds

If a payment is returned for non-sufficent funds, you will be assessd a $25.00 fee. It will be added to your invoice and also added to your next automatic payment.

Late Payments

You may always make payments early. If a payment fails to process automatically, you will incur a $10.00 late fee. We do not like to charge this fee. Please make arrangements with your personal finances so that payments can be recieved on or before the date of the automatic payment. Instructors expect to be paid on time. We want to honor our committment to these dedicated instructors. Thank you for your help.
